About Craig

Craig Osborne seated at a café

I founded Iforium and built it from its first customer to a successful exit. Our B2B casino aggregation platform Gameflex grew to process more than a billion transactions a month and support over 150 third-party integrations. That journey spanned technical innovation, commercial strategy and operational execution across multiple product pivots, without relying on external investment.

I now focus on investing, advising and mentoring early-stage founders. I’m most useful on product, strategy and go-to-market. My systems brain helps fill in gaps and thinks a few steps ahead.

I enjoy working with founders who take ownership, think long term, and are prepared to do the hard work required to build something meaningful.

Pie Tax

A digital tax platform simplifying Self Assessment and Making Tax Digital for UK taxpayers.

Why We Invested

We backed Tom's long-term vision to build a vertically integrated tax platform. We were impressed by the quality of the Pie brand, the timing of Making Tax Digital and the years he had spent preparing for the opportunity. This was a carefully considered vision, not a reaction to a changing market.

SkinScanner

A comparison platform helping gamers discover and compare Counter-Strike 2 skins across multiple digital marketplaces.

Why We Invested

We backed Josh's vision to build far more than a skins comparison platform: to own the market's supporting ecosystem and supply chain. Our experience building and exiting an industry-related business gave us confidence that we could help shape that wider strategy. It was a vision that also attracted smart capital from experienced, exited entrepreneurs.

By connecting users directly with third-party marketplaces, SkinScanner aims to bring greater transparency, efficiency and accessibility to the growing digital gaming economy.

Arcube

An airline technology platform enabling carriers to generate additional revenue through integrated ancillary travel services.

Why We Invested

We were drawn to Arcube through our passion for travel, but it was the founders' ability to sell, build relationships and create commercial opportunities that convinced us to invest. We believed they had the adaptability to turn those opportunities into a scalable business, and that our experience building and scaling a B2B technology business could add commercial and strategic value.

Spot

A payments platform helping independent businesses accept fast, affordable bank, card and contactless payments.

Why We Invested

We backed Spot after seeing the traction its founders achieved in the university market and their ability to pivot towards a larger opportunity. Their agility and tenacity stood out. Our experience in technology and payments helped us see Spot’s potential for small businesses and how we could help the founders pursue it.

Founders' Perspectives

Craig isn’t just an investor to us; he’s a crucial part of what we’re building. We’re incredibly proud to have him on our team. His years of experience and engineering background allow him to get into the detail, quickly identify what really matters, and help us think strategically about long-term success. He challenges our assumptions, raises scenarios we haven’t considered, and tells us what we need to hear, not simply what we want to hear.

Josh Sinclair — Co-founder, SkinScanner

“Craig has been an amazing addition to the cap table, providing an incredible amount of guidance and help. Every call we have with Craig leaves us with something valuable, whether it’s sharp advice on a tough decision, an introduction to exactly the right person, or a fresh perspective on a problem we’ve been circling for weeks.”

Charlie Pentol-Levy — Co-founder, Spot

Craig has been far more than just an investor; he is a genuine force multiplier for our team. Whenever we jump on a call, he delivers immediate value. He has an uncanny knack for cutting through the noise, making warm intros that actually move the needle, and offering sharp insights that help us navigate complex pivots with total confidence.

Tom McNally — Founder, Pie Tax

“Craig brings invaluable experience from building and scaling a successful business. He has a sharp commercial instinct, challenges our thinking and helps us see opportunities from a different perspective. His practical advice and understanding of what it takes to grow a business make him a valuable investor and advisor.”

Harvey Lowe - Co-founder, Arcube
